Kathy Cook is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor with 20 years of experience. She has Studied with the Iyengar family directly in India. Kathy continually takes time to hone her teaching skills and her own practice by participating in workshops throughout Asia. Her teaching style is clear, precise and disciplined while being an inspiring, patient and warmhearted presence.
